How does pricing work?
Overview
Each plan comes with features related to that plan. For example, if you are looking for deep integration with your own APIs or would like some custom coding, you would choose Custom. On the other hand, if you are looking for a simple plan for yourself as a solopreneur, you would likely choose the Solo plan.
Conveyr plans are built to provide flexibility. There is something for everyone, from Free Trial testing to Custom enterprise applications.
The plan you choose will include 3 pricing elements: minutes, messages, and phone numbers
Minutes:
- Free Trial: 5 minutes included
- Solo: 500 minutes included, $0.25/min after
- Lite: 2500 minutes included, $0.20/min after
- Growth: 5000 minutes included, $0.15/min after
- Custom: 7000 minutes included, $0.12/min after
All calls (including calls transferred or routed through assistants) draw from your total minute balance. Monitoring usage is important if you expect high call volumes or extended conversations.
Messages:
- Free Trial: 0 messages included.
- Solo: 100 messages included, $0.10 per message after.
- Lite: 500 messages included, $0.05 per message after.
- Growth: 1000 messages included, $0.03 per message after.
- Custom: 2000 messages included, $0.01 per message after.
Additional messages beyond your plan’s limit are billed at the respective overage rate. These rates apply regardless of whether the messages are manual or automated.
Phone Numbers:
- Free Trial: 0 numbers
- Solo: 2 numbers included, $2.00 per additional number
- Lite: 3 numbers included, $2.00 per additional number
- Growth: 20 numbers included, $2.00 per additional number
- Custom: 50 numbers included, $2.00 per additional number
