Overview

We are happy to introduce analytics for Conveyr. This new Assistant-level view will provide call paths with predetermined objectives. This new module will provide the entire call path, with objectives that are automatically added but can also be modified to suit your own call flow.


The Call Flow element was built to show the entire flow of each call with both intermediate and final objectives.


There is also a Call Outcome summary that is very useful for a quick view into your call metrics including volume and objective insights.


You can modify the Call Stages to align with the call flow you have created as part of the prompting process. You can also modify the priority and add new stages as needed.

The Outcomes can modified and new outcomes added to align with your requirements.

Conveyr Analytics are a great new way to track call stages and outcomes to match with your Assistant prompting and tuning.
