How to use Conveyr workflow

If you don't want to read the written guide here is a little video that might help.

Starting you're going to want to navigate to the workflow section of the page

Head to the top right of the page and hit Create flow. Choose the Use a template option.

You'll be greeted with this page where you'll be able to pick from a variety of templates. For now we only have the option of Conveyr Inbound Call so we'll select that.

You can also go back to edit your workflow if you click anywhere on the workflows in our case it would be (Conveyr Inbound Call)

You'll be met with this screen where you can start editing your workflows. To start adding to your workflow just click the little plus + button above the End button

But before you can start editing you'll need to select an agent just go over to the agents button and it should give you a list of the agents you've created. You can use any one of these. After this go down and hit the trigger button to make sure it is working.

After you've hit the trigger button you'll be asked to make an inbound call. Head over to the assistants tab and hit talk with (whoever you are making the workflow for) and the trigger should be succesful.

You'll be met with a variety of options right now we will be focusing on how to connect to slack, But feel free to go over and test any options to see what will help you best.

For this demonstration we'll be using the send message to a user automation.

First off you'll need to select a connection and add a user.

If you've never added a connection you will see this. All you need to do is hit the connect button.

In the top right you can choose which slack channel you want to connect and after you've chosen you can go to the bottom middle and hit allow.

You can then choose a user to send the message to. It should automatically allow you to connect any user that is in the slack channel you chose for your connection. For this example I just chose a bot.

You can then add a message. For this one I want to get a call analysis. All you need to do to see these options is hit the little arrow next to the insert button scroll down to call_analysis and press insert.

It should look something like this. Now you can go ahead and hit the test step button to generate sample data. After your done that you can do a test flow by clicking the button or pressing Ctrl + D.

Thats it you can now see that Conveyr has sent a message to the slack user you selected and under half a second no less. If you want to go back to edit the flow you need to hit the edit flow button on the top right of the screen. Otherwise if you're all done you can exit workflows and everything should be working.
