How to use the knowledge base in Conveyr
Overview
The knowledge base can be used to enhance your AI's database by linking websites or specific files.
To begin building a Knowledge Base for your AI, simply click Get Started.
After that, just give your Knowledge Base a name and click Create.
Once you've followed the guide, you’ll see options to add assets to your Knowledge Base.
Next up you’ll see two options:
Import a new file lets you upload your own documents and files for the Knowledge Base.
Add a URL is great if you want the AI to reference info from a website.
To link a Knowledge Base to your assistant, go to the Assistants page, open the one you want, head to the Prompts section, click Knowledge Base, and select the one you want to add.
